If you have changed your mind about wanting a particular item, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery of your order. You would need to bring your order to your preferred shipping provider and follow their instructions from there. Please note that return postage is at the customer's expense. Additionally, please be sure to include your order number, or your original invoice, with your return. We encourage you to retain your receipt and/or tracking number for your package being returned to The Tree Center. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to our facility.
After The Tree Center has been notified and received a return, a store credit in the amount of the order will be issued. Additionally, plants must be received in the same condition they were delivered. Due to the living nature of plants, returns are at the discretion of The Tree Center.

If you have returned your order, but not received your credit, please submit a ticket to our support team and make sure to provide the tracking information given to you by your shipping provider. Make sure you have allowed a few days for your items to shipped back to us and for your return to be processed. You can confirm whether your return has been delivered by checking your tracking information.
