Whether you just want to change things up for security reasons, or if you're having trouble remembering your password (we can all be a little forgetful), that’s okay!
All you have to do in order to reset your password is follow this link: My Account
Afterward, click the link that says "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address associated with your account below. If we have that in our database we'll send you a reset link!
If you receive a message stating that an invalid email or username was used, then we don't have an account under that email or username in our system. You can either create a new account or if you have purchased with The Tree Center in the past, you can submit a ticket to our awesome Customer Support team and we'll be more than happy to lookup what email was used at that time.
