Our Arrive & Thrive Guarantee™ is valid for 30 days from the time of delivery and protects your plant even if it arrived in good health but fell ill within this time period. Any issues after 30 days are only eligible for resolution if a warranty has been purchased.
1-year warranties or considered ‘active’ for 365 days. This starts on the first day of delivery as reported by FedEx and expires 365 days after that date.
1-year warranties are considered ‘optional’ coverage and are either purchased or deferred by the customer during checkout. 1-year warranties cost 15% of the subtotal of the products under their protection.
1-year warranty claims must be submitted to The Tree Center in the form of a ticket via https://www.thetreecenter.com/support/
1-year warranty claims must include photos of every individual product in question, with each product being fully visible in its entirety.
Approved 1-year warranty claims qualify for a store credit worth the full value of the qualifying products.
1-year warranties provide coverage against plant pests, diseases, and infections. If a product is cited on The Tree Center’s website (www.thetreecenter.com) as resistant against wildlife specimens, then coverage is extended against damage from that respective specimen. Additionally, 1-year warranties provide coverage against severe weather events such as droughts, flooding, and hurricane-force winds.
1-year warranties do not provide coverage against any slow reported growth of a plant. Unless a product is cited on The Tree Center’s website (www.thetreecenter.com) as resistant against wildlife specimen, then coverage is not extended against damage from wildlife specimen. Additionally, 1-year warranties do not provide coverage against lack of results requiring pollination.
Voiding Factors
Certain and varying factors may void a 1-year warranty. Voided 1-year warranties are not eligible for any form of reimbursement.
The following factors void a 1-year warranty: Blatant lack of care, defined as extreme lack of watering (half of the recommended amount) or extreme pruning results. Physical damage caused by human negligence, such as damage resulting from lawn care equipment or physically breaking any of a plant’s limbs. Keeping a plant in its grower container or planting it in a pot, raised planter or planting bed, or other structural enclosure, past 30 days, unless the plant is sold as a house plant. Ignoring the planting warnings provided by The Tree Center, such as planting in improper soil conditions or too close to another structure. Plants being grown outside of their advertised USDA hardiness zone.
